Tried and tested over the past 30 years with a proven life in excess of 20 years. Unlike conventional bitumen felt, there is no degradation from the extremes of cold and sunlight. Because it is fitted as one complete sheet, if installed correctly, there will be no leaks and no ongoing maintenance problems. When measuring, allow for the fact that the roof may not be exactly square, and that you need to order extra material over and above the actual roof size to allow it to be fixed over the fascia board, into the gutter and over the upstand. Never stretch or pull the material tight at any stage. Never place the tools that you may be using directly on the surface of the material. Always wear clean, soft soled shoes when walking on the material.
