POLYTHENE TUNNEL GREENHOUSES

All our greenhouses are superbly designed and precision engineered to meet the highest standards worldwide. Steel framework, 25mm OD steel tubes ( 38mm for 14ft. Commercial range ) galvanized internally and externally and spaced at 5ft. centres to withstand windy and exposed sites, complete with corner braces providing a rigid framework, pressure treated gable end timbers to ensure high strength and a weather resistant, durable finish. Easy two man assembly, maximum three to six hours dependant on greenhouse size and soil conditions. No foundations required, greenhouse is securely locked into position by the cover, which is buried in a shallow trench. Research has shown that crop yields are generally improved and flower colours are superior when growing under horticultural polythene rather than glass. Covers are in 180 micron plain or thermal film, the latter giving a longer life, better heat retention properties and has a special anti-fogging coating. All greenhouses are supplied with a ventilated door kit plus a ventilated wood framed panel at the other end.

We recommend Woven Porous Groundcover for your greenhouse floor. Small tears in any greenhouse cover can be repaired easily using our Clear Waterproofing Repair Tape, extending the life of the cover.

Illustrations show greenhouses with optional Base Rail Kit. This is only required when using a concrete or paving base.

Replacement cover sheeting is detailed under Horticultural Grade Polythene Sheet. As there are so many greenhouse sizes on the market, we recommend that you always measure the distance over the hoops and allow for the ends and trenching in when calculating the replacement size required.
